ABOUT FREQUENT FLIER PROGRAM

1.  How to register with “Everybody Flies” Frequent Flier Program?
Just register with the Sky Express system on web-site or through Call Center operator. You will also be switched to the Frequent Flier Program if you fill out a special questionnaire on board during the flight. Following a successful registration you will receive a letter with login and password to e-mail indicated at registration. Only correct filling out of all fields guarantees feedback and your participation in the Program.

2. As of what moment do my flights start to accrue?
Your flights are accounted for as of the moment of switching to the Frequent Flier Program. Flights made earlier are not accounted for. You may check the starting date of your participation in the Frequent Flier Program and the number of flights accrued at:
- web-site by entering My Sky Express and going to the offered link. Enter your passport number and any Booking number – you will see all required information;
- by calling the round-the-clock Call Center at +7 495 580 9360 and selecting 7 in the voice menu.

3. I filled out a questionnaire on board and passed it to flight attendant. How can I find out if I am switched to the Frequent Flier Program and from what date?
You can find out from what date you are switched to the Frequent Flier Program and how many flights accrued:
- on web-site by entering My Sky Express and going to the offered link. Enter your passport number and any Booking number – you will see all required information.
- by calling the round-the-clock Call Center at +7 495 580 9360 and selecting 7 in the voice menu. If 2 weeks after filling out questionnaire on board you do not receive a letter to your e-mail about switching to the Frequent Flier Program and during this time operators did not contact you to update data please try to reregister on web-site or by calling the Call Center at  +7 495 580 9360.

4. What are the conditions for getting a Bonus Flight?
- If you are a registered Sky Express client.
- If you have made 10 paid flights on any Sky Express routes.

5. How shall I get my Bonus Flight?
Passengers registered with “Everybody Flies!” Frequent Flier Program having made 10 flights shall within 3 days of the completion of the tenth flight receive to their contact e-mail indicated at the processing of the tenth Booking a Certificate for ordering a free Bonus Flight for one person, one-way, of any Sky Express direction.

6. What flights are accounted for in the Frequent Flier Program?
Accounted for are flights performed directly by a Program participant, ordered on web-site www.skyexpress.ru or with the round-the-clock Booking Center at +7495 580 9360. A round flight is counted as two.
Not accounted for for the purpose of the Frequent Flier Program are flights:
- acquired through Partners or intermediaries at Air Service Agencies;
- acquired at special tariffs (Business Sky and Together Programs);
- paid for with Certificates received on shares;
- Counting starts strictly with the moment of switching to the Frequent Flier Program. Earlier performed flights are not taken into account.

7. If my passport data have changed or my ID is replaced what shall I do to have the performed flights added to with future flights performed against the new document?
For summary accounting for flights you should fill out Application, and attach a new ID copy to it. You may forward the Application with document copies to the airline:
- by fax +7 495 980 7461 markedñ «Frequent Flier Program»;
- with registered mail to: 119027, Russia, Moscow, town of Vnukovo, Centralnaya st, 2, marked «Client Service Center, Frequent Flier Program»;
- fill out an application in the presence of Airline Representative at the airport and pass over the same to him with document copies.
Within 15 business days of Airline receiving your Application your previous document will be supplemented with new document data, and we will continue counting your flights with account for document replacement.

8. May I cede my Bonus Flight to another person?
Yes, you may transfer your Bonus Flight Certificate to a third person as long as you acquaint the passenger with Certificate conditions, Sky Express Rules for Internal Air Carriage of Passengers and Baggage and SKY Tariff Application Rules.
Bonus Flight Booking for a third person under the Certificate is processed in due course individually on Airline web-site, or through the Call Center by yourself or the person who has received the Certificate from you.

9. What rules apply to Free Flight?
- Received Bonus Flight Certificates are not subject to exchange and are not to be exchanged for cash.
- You may pay for your flight with the Certificate at the time of Booking only. However, you should make payment at least 10 days before flight departure.
- You may use the Certificate to pay for flight, compulsory insurance and 15 kg of baggage only. No supplementary services are included in the Certificate cost. If you wish to order those for your flight please contact the Booking Center. Be prepared to pay for selected services with a Bank Card of by transfer from Sky Express Client Personal Account. In that case you will receive Itinerary/Receipt after complete payment for the Order only. 
-  You may use the Certificate to pay for one flight in any Sky Express active direction as long as seats are available on the flight.
- As for other aspects, flights paid with Certificate are performed subject Sky Express Rules for Internal Air Carriage of Passengers and Baggage and Sky Tariff Application Rules.
- A Bonus Flight paid for with the Certificate is not subject to changes or reimbursements.

10. Within what period may I use by Bonus Flight?
The Certificate Number will be sent to e-mail indicated in the recent Order within 3 business days of the completion of the 10-th flight. You may use  Bonus Flight Certificate (order, pay for or make a flight) within 180 days of its origination. Unless you use it within that period the Certificate will be cancelled.

11. How to book a free flight under the Certificate?
- You may book a flight to be paid for with the Certificate on web-site in the special Flight Order Form under Certificate, following the banner "Payment for Flight with Certificate" from web-site main page (the banner is located in the bottom part of the page). Or at Booking Center phone +7 495 580 9360.

12. How many flights may be paid for with one Certificate?
You may use the Certificate number only once to pay for a one-way flight in any active Sky Express flight destination.

13. What services are to be paid with the Certificate?
You may use the Certificate only to pay for a one-way flight of a single person, compulsory insurance and 15 kg of baggage. No additional services are included in the Certificate cost. If you wish to order those within a flight you should contact the Booking Center. Please be prepared to pay for selected services with a bank card or from the Sky Express Client Personal Account. In that case a new Itinerary/Receipt may be received by you after complete Order payment only.

14. I have already made 12 flights, but I have not received a Bonus Flight Certificate. What shall I do?
If the system confirms that you have more than 10 flights accrued under the Frequent Flier Program, but you have never received the Certificate please contact the Booking Center at +7 495 580 9360.

15.  I have made 3 flights under the Russian Passport, and now I am flying under a Travel Passport (4 flights). Will my flights be summed up?
If you have changed you ID document in accordance with the Frequent Flier Program Rules we will eagerly add up your flights under the documents referred to in your Application. If you have not done so yet we suggest you execute that all as soon as possible and go on accumulating flights to get the Certificate.

16.  I have sent a questionnaire to the bank for “Everybody Flies!” Credit Card, but I have not received a card yet. What shall I do?
Tinkoff Credit Systems Bank is our Frequent Flier Program Partner. If you have not received your credit card yet you should contact the Client Service Center at 8-800-555-1010 to get information on your application status.
