FARE RULES

Just select a tariff rate you like when you book a flight by phone at the Booking Centre or on the web-site.

REGULAR TARIFFS: MINI, MIDI AND MAXI

All tariffs already include free-of-charge carriage of 15 kg baggage

CHARTER TARIFF (booking class: I)

PAYMENT TIMELIMITS:

- If less than 48 hours but more than 3 hours remained before the departure, payment is to be made at the time of Booking
- If more than 48 hours remained before the departure, payment is to be made within 24 hours after the Booking

MAKING CHANGES:
- Voluntary and involuntary change of departure time/date shall not be allowed
- Changes in the passenger’s full name and passport data shall not be allowed

FLIGHT CANCELLATION:
- Voluntary and involuntary ticket return shall not be allowed

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN:
- Children under 2 years not occupying a separate seat travel free of charge. One adult passenger shall have the right to carry one child under 2 years without a seat
- No discounts for children under 12 years occupying a separate seat under the CHARTER tariff
